The Trilite 200 Series Aluminium V-Truss is a design-registered, stackable trussing system that combines lightweight portability with durable performance. Suitable for both temporary and permanent structures, it is perfect for applications that require regular transportation and quick assembly. Ideal for travelling exhibitions, festivals, motorsport events, sporting occasions, and promotional displays across the UK.

Size Options

Standard lengths range from 0.2m to 5.0m. Non-standard lengths can be manufactured and are priced to the next full metre. Any special length under 1m is priced as 1m. All straight and curved sections are supplied with spigots for secure assembly.

Available Variations: 200mm, 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 2000mm, 3000mm, 4000mm, 5000mm, 6000mm, 7000mm, 8000mm.

Load Capacity & Performance

The Trilite 200 Aluminium V-Truss was designed as a lightweight, stackable, non-loadbearing display system, so full loading tests have not been carried out. However, tests on a 3m length showed that the Trilite 100 Aluminium V-Truss achieved 75% of the load-bearing strength of the Trilite 200 Series at the same length.

For additional strength or rigidity, end spars can be fitted while still allowing stacking of up to four lengths of Trilite 200 Aluminium V-Truss.
