The Trilite 100 Series Aluminium V-Truss is a design-registered, stackable aluminium truss system, engineered for both temporary and permanent structures. Lightweight, practical, and easy to transport, it is the perfect choice for travelling exhibitions, festivals, motorsport events, sporting occasions, and promotional displays across the UK.
Designed with versatility in mind, the Trilite 100 Series Aluminium V-Truss is available in lengths ranging from 200mm to 5000mm. Standard sizes cover 0.2m to 5.0m, while non-standard lengths can be manufactured and are priced to the next full metre. Any special length under 1m is priced as 1m. All straight and curved sections are supplied with spigots for secure, professional connections.
Load Capacity & Performance
The Trilite 100 Series Aluminium V-Truss was developed as a lightweight, stackable, non-loadbearing truss system, so full loading tests have not been carried out. However, testing on a 3m length showed that the Trilite 100 Series Aluminium V-Truss offers 75% of the load-bearing strength of the Trilite 100 Series Aluminium V-Truss at the same length.
For projects requiring additional strength or rigidity, end spars can be fitted while still allowing stacking of up to four lengths of Trilite 100 Series Aluminium V-Truss, ensuring both flexibility and reliability.
